My kawasaki bayou blows cdi boxes under hard acceleration or load can anyone tell me why?
I have reaplaced the battery ignition coil and tested the pick up coil. it only blows the boxes when the engine is hot and under hard acceleration or under load.
I have never seen this bike, but i do have suggestions to look for.
make sure the wire to the spark plug is not wrapped around any of the wires in any wiring harnesses, make sure the cdi box is well grounded, if it is mounted in a metal box make sure the box is well grounded to the frame,...
