I don't want to buy a new exhaust system or anything, I am wondering if I can do anything to the carb or air filter or anything else?


your asking the impossible when asking this question as there isn't nothing you can do to it with out investing some $$$ in it. your best bet would be just to leave it alone (if it aint broken don't fix it),besides there really isn't going to be much of a performance gain even if you do buy after...

It's also probably going to give up a little reliability when you swap out the stock parts and start bolting in those expensive, delicate kit exhaust and motor components. Because a scooter like the Zuma isn't about blasting around as fast as possible.
